Summary

2011 will be The British Institute of Innkeeping’s 30th year. To mark thirty years of development in our industry, BII has been celebrating throughout the year with the highlight of these celebrations being the 30th Anniversary Dinner taking place at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich on 24th November 2011.

The 30th Anniversary dinner will be a celebration of all that the BII and the industry has achieved and will be attended by 350 of our most celebrated and valued members, colleagues and industry peers whom have supported and assisted our organisation in supporting excellence in the British Pub.

BII is delighted to announce that St Austell Brewery will supply a bottled version of their Tribute Extra brew for guests to take home as a commemorative gift, and Shepherd Neame will also be brewing a special beer for guests. Fuller, Smith and Turner Plc will be marking the occasion by giving guests one of their vintage ales, whilst McMullens and Sons Ltd will be providing a specially brewed beer to commemorate BII’s 30th year which will be served at the Dinner.

Neil Robertson CBII, Chief Executive of BII commented: “we are honoured that St Austell, Shepherd Neame, Fullers and McMullen’s are helping us mark this special occasion. These companies truly understand the importance of history, progress and brand.”
