Qualifications for Scotland

BII Scotland offers, through BII's awarding body BIIAB, a fantastic portfolio of qualifications, including the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH), for those working in the licensed hospitality and licensed retail industry in Scotland.

The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 means that from 1 September 2009, when the new law came into force, every premises and every premises manager has to be licensed and every member of staff selling or serving alcohol must be trained.
